CLIPPING WINGS

Hi,

I want to clip the chicken's wings, but unsure of how to? I believe you're not to draw blood at all, as this could harm or kill the chicken? Any suggestions? I imagine I need a clean sterile scissors, a clean towel, a steady but comforting grip on the chicken, an assistant too, but probably lots more information I'm unsure about!

    try doing just one wing it makes them un balanced
    leave the three tip feathers looks better

    i have allway clipped the wings of bird that fly out of the pens for thier own safety
    if done rigth it poses no harm to the birds it is similar to you cuting your nails
    as for being illegal i can find no reference to it being illegal here
    thier is a good video on you tube if you carer to look at it

    well go ask the ispca. shows how much you know and i know ok wont bother with advice here as people on here know it all
